My Reading Journal 6 J組 楊凱容

This two weeks I have read nearly half of my chosen book – Pride And Prejudice. There were too many different names in the book, making me confused. I had to write down those names in the space of book and analyse their relationship, so that I could read it more unhinderedly. And on the last page were a glossary which helped me a lot in reading. By using it, I haven't to consult the word I didn't know by dictionary and waste time.
The story began on the newcomers in the village of Longbourn. Mr. Bingley, one of the newcomers, was very handsome and rich, falling in love with Jane at the ball when they first met. Jane was one of the Bennet's daughters and she was good-natured and beautiful. On the other hand, Jane's sister, Elizabeth, decided to hate Mr. Darcy who was Mr. Bingley's friend at the same ball. Elizabeth disliked Mr. Darcy's pride and Mr. Darcy thought Elizabeth not as pretty as her sister. As time went on, Mr. Darcy was gradually appealed by Elizabeth's clever, though Elizabeth still believed him an arrogant guy.
One day, Jane received a letter from Mr. Bingley's sister, saying that both them and Mr. Darcy were going to stay in London and won't be back. This terrible news made Jane heartbroken. Elizabeth had noting to do but encouraged her sister that this bad plan must be thought by Mr. Darcy, not Mr. Bingley.
