It talks about Tom ropley goes to Italy.He needs to find Dickie Greenleaf.Dickies' father wants him to go back to America. But after Tom get Italy,he find that he likes Dickies' life such as beautiful villa,beautiful girlfriend and lots of money.He wants to stay in Italy,he wants this life,too .Even commit a crime he still wants. And after once accident,the police start to investigate. I haven't finish yet.But,the book is also exciting.And it is a movie with Matt Damon,Gwyneth Paltrow and Jude Law.As a result,after reading this I decide to see the movie! |

This time I have finished the book"Oliver Twist"
Then,Mr. Brownlow, with whom the Maylies have reunited Oliver, confronts Monks and wrings the truth about Oliver's parentage from him. It is revealed that Monks is Oliver's half brother! Their father, Mr. Leeford, was unhappily married to a wealthy woman and had an affair with Oliver's mother, Agnes Fleming. Monks has been pursuing Oliver all along in the hopes of ensuring that his half-brother is deprived of his share of the family inheritance. Mr. Brownlow forces Monks to sign over Oliver's share to Oliver. Moreover, it is discovered that Rose is Agnes's younger sister, hence Oliver's aunt. Fagin is hung for his crimes. Finally, Mr. Brownlow adopts Oliver, and they and the Maylies retire to a blissful existence in the countryside.
The book is a little more than others before.However,everytime I read Charles Dicken's book I found it is so true that may really happened in the past.The book also tell us don't give up and go ahead.Be honest!

This time I went to borrow " Olier Twist" which is pubpublished by Penguin.
The book author is Charles Dickens and it's retold by Latif Doss.It has 112 pages.
The story is said that OliverOliver's young motner dies after giving birth to him.
And he was brought up in a workhouse where he always feels hungry and be treated cruelly.After working for a time for an undertaker,he run away to London.
Then,the pickpockets group's Fain welcomes Oliver to his house.Onces the other boys rob, then he was arrest.At the time he realizes what they are doing,he did not want to follow them on the crime.He tries to escape....But Fsgin don't want let him go,he hires Bill Sikes,a violent comriminal,to get him back.
I haven't finish it yet.But I feel he so brave to face each oppressions and he is honest.
This is what we should learn from it.

After I read "THE GREAT GATSBAY" this time I read "The Thorn Birds".
I borrow it form our school library.The writer is Colleen McCullough,
and it is retold by Ann Ward.
The book is published by Penguin and be classfy with 3000 words.
The book is tells the story of Meggie Cleary.Meggie is loved by Father Ralph de Bricassart who is struggle with ambition for serve God.Meggie can't change his mindeven they do wrong thing.Meggie finally married people who seems like him,but it is wrong decision.They miss each other for a long time...he even doesn't know he has a son Dane until Dane dead.
I want to say I read quickly than before !
I think it may because it has less people in it.As a result, it more easier to read.
I think next time I could choose the book which more complicated for challenge.

This time the book I have read is THE GREAT GATSBAY
which is writed by F.Scott Fitzgerald and retold by celia turvey.
It's about 2300 words level.
The book I choose is because of the cover of book seems very bustle and excited.
And after I read I found it does.
The man Mr.gatsby who prepared many parties in his huge house.And there were many people came .
He's a man without a past,and has a lot of money that seems to have come from nowhere.
But Gatsby is on Long Island for a reason.
He is following a dream of love.The woman who named Daisy.
However,after many year it is not going so well.
Well,it is a little difficult more the book first time I read.
As a result,I read slower and felt a little bored about this book.
Maybe is context i don't like.
I hope the next book will more interesting.

The book I choose is The adventures of HUCKLEBERRY FINN
which was writed by MARK TWAIN.
Many body knows about TOM and HUCK's adventure.However,
after they got the reward 5000 dollars, HUCK has another
story .His father is bottle-man and he didn't take care of him
and he hit huck everyday.But he want the money.
