The character 4 and 5 describes about the course that Bruce becomes Bat Man. In the last character, Bruce was punched and insulted by Falcone and his subordinates. After that abandoned himself. He committed the crime and was putted behind bars. In the prison, he fought with other prisoner. He did that just for knowing more about crime One day , Bruce was putted in confinement because he beat other man. In the confinement, the air was so silent that people felt uncomfortable. Suddenly, a man talked. That man whose name was Ducard called himself Ra's al Ghul' s subordinate(忍者大師的使者). Ducard told Bruce that he would let him know what is the true justice if he came to find him in china. Standing in front of the castle of Ra's al Ghul , Bruce hold the blue poppy, a flower that Ducard order him to prepare. Entering the castle, a dozen men emerged from the shadows behind the torches. Ducard showed. He received flowers from Bruce and began to punch him. Bruce fought back , but it doesn't. In the battle, Ducard crouched over Bruce."You are afraid. But I sense that you do not afraid me. Tell us ,Wanye…what do you fear. " I omitted the course of Bruce 's train .But I extracted some words from it. "The training is nothing. The will is everything." Sometimes , I took a serious train ,but I did not succeed. The main reason is that we do not have decision and ambition for becoming stronger. If I did , I could make progress soon. However , all that is excuse for my laziness.

Is ant different between justice and revenge? Bruce's father and mother were killed by a beggar. Should he forgive him? Could he kill that person by himself if the judge set him free? The character 3 is talked about the transition of Bruce. The murderer, Chill, was captured before long he committed the murder. Many years later, Chill served a sentence and would grant bail. That news was the last thing Bruce want to learn. He extremely hoped that the Chill was sentenced capital punishment. However, The judge set him free. In my opinion, the law in Gotham is corruptible. A murderer such as chill should be executed absolutely. However, it is inevitable to have crime in Gotham, because the poor accounted for large percentage of citizen. Only a few people are rich. It is difficult to make decision who to blame. If all of people were affluent , who wants to kill person for money?

This week I read the character 2 of my novel. This character talked about Bruce's tragedy-like childhood. In character 1, Bruce fell into the well, attacked by screeching bat. This memory engraved scars into his little mind. One day, his father and mother took him to the classic theater to watch the opera. In the middle, lots of bat dropped from above, hung from wires. This screen reminded him of his trauma. Even though he tried his best to smooth his swell, he still can't control his terror. Finally, he asked both mother and father to leave. They agreed. However, when they walked in sidewalk, a man with a gun rushed to them. "Wallet, jewelry , hurry!" Afterward, the man killed Bruce's father and mother when he took away their stuff. Even though the murder was captured by police, Bruce 's scar never gone.

My Reading Journal 3~C組林昱齊

I had seen the movie "Bat Man- Begins"many years ago , and I have watched this movie several times. However , when I read the first page, I can not connect the plot of novel with that of movie. Besides , the writter use lots of advanced level words so that I can not get it.

To a miracle, when I read at seven pages , the plot generally coincides. Bruce played with Rachel at "greenhouse". Like many boys wanting to make a good impression on girl he likes, Bruce show how brave he was with do lots of "dangerous action". However, he fell into a hole, he fainted

Afterwards, he awoke. Suddently , lots of bats attacked him. He feel scares horribly.

Many minutes later, his father came to rescue him.

His father told him taht bats would attack him just for fear. This words let him know what fear was

Last week I changed my English book. I replaced The Phantom of the Opera with Bat Man-Begins, because of teacher tsao 's suggestion. I read the Phanton of Opera in two hours, but I only finished 13 pages. I feel frustrated. Therefore I chnaged my book.

I like Bat man very much , that is why I choosed it. He, like you and me, is a human beings only, but he have power to eliminate crime. Besides , first day I read it, I found that every character have not many pages. I hope I could persist with this book
